What We Do,
Discipleship House is a mens Christian halfway house treatment service/program for men who struggle with alcoholism and/or drug addictions. Our House is staffed 24hrs a day with a Certified Recovery Residence Administrator. Our team consists of men who are in recovery themselves, and are living sober through completion of the Discipleship House Recovery Program. They are also well trained in the program so that they are effective with the residents.
Eligibility,
Men seeking help that are willing to live under the rules of the Discipleship House. Maintain full time employment while living at the house. Each resident is responsible to pay for their rent each Friday. Resident must keep bed made and apartment clean.
What is provided,
Discipleship House is committed to help each man gain permanent sobriety. And part of the recipe for that is employment. We help each man get a job to be able to pay the rent and his own personal bills. We provide transportation to meetings through the week and Church service on the weekends. We provide a safe place for the residents by keeping everyone accountable by random drug testing. We require each man to have a sponsor through the twelve step meetings, and also require each man to complete the steps before graduation from the house or eligible for the dive program that we offer.
