What to Expect at Calvary | FAQs

Can I attend if…?

Everyone’s welcome at Calvary—it doesn’t matter your marital or economic status, sexual orientation, if you’re a member of another faith group, atheist, skeptic, etc. Come as you are, and we’ll see you at service!

How long is service?

Our services are typically 70 minutes, which includes a time of worship and a practical, inspiring Bible teaching.

What should I wear?

You’re welcome to come just as you are. For some, this means jeans and T-shirts; for others, a suit and tie. We don’t have a dress code. We’re genuinely interested in you, not your attire.

Where do I park?

When you arrive on campus, our parking volunteers will be there to greet you with a smile and help guide you onto the property.

Where do I go if I'm new?

If you’re new to Calvary, welcome! When you arrive at your campus, stop by the Connection Point where you’ll receive a first-time gift and meet a Host Team Volunteer who can help answer any questions you may have, such as where to go for service, and show you the incredible environments created just for your child or student.

Is there something available for my child or student?

Yes! Special environments are created just for children and youth and happen during most weekend services. For campus-specific info, visit one of the campus pages above.

Is a mother's room available?

Yes, a mother’s room is available at every campus. It’s designed specifically for you to have a private or quiet place to connect with your child. Please visit the Connection Point or ask a Host Team Volunteer if you need help finding its location.

Will there be access for wheelchairs?

Yes, there are accommodations for those with limited mobility.

Is food available for purchase before/after service?

Yes! The Boynton Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and Plantation campuses have food available for purchase. The Parkland and Español campus is located in a strip mall with a few restaurants nearby.

Is translation available?

Spanish, Portuguese, and ASL translations are available at various campuses for select service times. You can find more details on your campus page! There’s also a thriving Spanish campus, Calvary Chapel Español, that meets Saturday nights at 6pm and 8pm at the Parkland campus.
